Shipping policy

We ship all orders within 48 hours of placement. We truly strive for 24 hours, but sometimes life happens and we feel more comfortable standing by a 48-hour shipping policy.

We ship through USPS and provide tracking whenever possible. We use the lowest shipping option to keep product costs low - but you can always request a speedier option. Sometimes the lowest shipping option prevents us from being able to provide a tracking number. 

This means that your order will be shipped within 48 hours and then will take 3-7 business days per USPS standard to arrive at its final destination.

Smaller orders are shipped in a 9x6 catalog envelope with a USPS label. 

Please remember that we are not Amazon and cannot provide next-day delivery. We also do not have control over the United States Postal Service, so once something has left our hands, we cannot be held responsible for delays in delivery.
